New: already collect AI answers? Bring them, and we score them
Pricing Bring Your Own Answers
A different way to measure

You collect the AI answers. We read and score every one.

Ask the engines yourself, by hand or with the tool you already use. Upload the answers.

We read each one with the same judge we use for our own measurements.

Illustrative data. A file of answers the customer collected is uploaded and read by the same judge used for our own measurements. Each answer becomes a scored row: quiet hotel near the harbor on ChatGPT, recommended; free parking downtown on Gemini, mentioned; best spa hotel on Perplexity, not in the answer; small wedding on ChatGPT, cited; pet friendly on Gemini, mentioned.
Example. Each uploaded answer becomes a scored row.

How it works

From your file to your dashboard

You do the asking. We do the reading, the checking and the scoring.

Fill the template, or export

Use answers.csv from the template, or export from the tool you use today.

You
Upload the file

Open Upload answers. One row per answer: question, engine, date and the whole answer.

You
We check every row

Anything we cannot read is listed by row number before you pay.

What you get back

Every uploaded answer comes back scored

Each answer is judged: not named, named only, mentioned, cited or recommended. Then it is counted against your competitors.

Illustrative example with a fictional hotel. Your own results replace it after the first upload.

A result tier

Mentioned, cited or recommended, or not named at all.

Sentiment

How each answer that names you speaks about you.

Position

Where you appear in the answer, beside the rivals named with you.

Citations and rivals

We record the competitors and the sources in each answer.

How it differs

Two ways to measure on one platform

Both run on one rubric. A score from your upload means the same thing as a score from our weekly runs.

Four steps. You ask the engines, by hand or with a tool. You upload the file: question, engine, date and the whole answer. Vivander reads every answer with one judge. Your results appear in the dashboard, with every answer behind them.
You do the asking. We do the reading.

Already using a monitoring tool?

See the same answers through a second rubric

Export your answers from the tool you use today. Upload the file as it is.

We ask which column is which, read every answer, and put your tool's verdict beside ours.

Illustrative example with a fictional hotel. On the first answer both tools say the hotel was named. On the second, the other tool counts a mention; Vivander reads it as named only as a landmark, not offered. On the third, both say not named.
Illustrative example. We separate a business offered as an option from one named in passing.
  • Your tool's verdict is recorded and never enters our score.
  • Where the two disagree, you see the answer and both readings.
  • We separate a business offered as an option from one named only as a landmark or a warning.
How to collect

Four things on every answer

We take answers however you gathered them. Every answer needs these four.

1
The question

The exact words you typed.

2
The engine

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Google AI Overviews or AI Mode.

3
The date

The day you asked, as YYYY-MM-DD.

4
The whole answer

Copied word for word, never summarized.

What makes the reading stronger

  • The links each answer showed, in order. They tell us which sources the engines trust.
  • Your other tool's verdict, if you have one. We place it beside ours.
  • Three asks of each question on each engine, each in a new chat, on the same day.

What we recommend asking

  • 16 to 32 questions worded the way your customers ask, most without your name in them.
  • 2 to 6 questions that name your business. We record these and never score them.

Collecting by hand? Use answers.csv from the template. One row per answer.

The template also holds instructions you can give an assistant or a teammate.

One ask is fine. We read it and label each result with the number of answers behind it.

An empty answer means the engine showed none. We leave it out of every rate.

Pricing

A monthly plan with answers included, then credits for more

Prices load from our pricing service.

How answers count. Every answer you upload counts once.

One question asked three times on one engine is three answers. One question asked once on three engines is also three.

Need more answers in a month? Buy credits at the current credit price each. One credit covers a set number of extra answers.

Credits also pay for runs we make on your own questions. Prefer that we collect every week? See the managed plans.

See how your business shows up in the answers you already have.

Send us your answers, and we will read every one with the same care we give our own.
