Our approach

The questions we ask

We ask what your buyers ask, in their words. Most of the questions never name you.

That is the point: a buyer who has not heard of you finds you only if AI suggests you.

Illustrative questions for a fictional hotel. Five questions never name the business: one about the market, one about an offering, one for a customer type, one weighing a rival and one about how to choose. Those five set the score. A sixth question uses the business name and is reported beside the score.
Example question set for a fictional hotel.
Five kinds of question

What a buyer asks before choosing

The questions fall into five groups, and none of them names the business: your kind of business in your market, a specific offering, each type of customer, weighing a competitor, and working out how to choose.
Five groups. None of them names your business.
  • Your kind of business in your market, and the specific things you offer.
  • Each type of customer you named, in their own words.
  • Weighing a competitor, and working out how to choose.
Two kinds of question

Questions that leave your name out, and ones that use it

Each kind answers a different question about you.

Your name left out

"Which hotel near the beach has parking and a pool for a family of four?" Does AI find you on its own?

Your name used

"Is [your hotel] good for families?" What does AI say once a buyer knows you?

Only questions that leave your name out are scored. The ones that use it are reported beside the score.

Locked and versioned

The same scored questions every cycle

Two panels. The scored core: the same 24 questions on Starter, Pro and Advanced, each asked three times on every engine, every week; the score uses these alone. The watch list: 26, 126 or 226 more questions, each also asked three times on every engine, every week; reported question by question, never scored.
The scored core sets the number. The watch list widens the view without moving the score.
Written once
Frozen wording

A question's text never changes after its first run.

Every cycle
Asked again

So a change in the score is a change in the answers.

When it changes
Marked as a break

An added question is labeled, never blended in.
