Total visible
Number of measurable runs (prompt × platform × run) where AI offered your brand (mentioned, cited, or recommended).

This count includes prompts that name you, because this page is a review queue rather than a score: an answer to a branded prompt is reviewable for accuracy like any other, and the feed below lists them. The scores elsewhere in the platform exclude that cohort, so this number is deliberately larger than the visibility denominators on the dashboard. The caption says how many of these came from branded prompts.

Every filter in the panel above applies to this number and the seven beside it. Click the number to open those answers.

Have answers from somewhere else?

Bring your own.

You collect AI answers yourself, by hand or from another tool, and upload a CSV. We read and score every one with the same judge as this page.

How it works

  • Download the template.
  • Add one row per answer: question, engine, date and the answer text.
  • Upload it. Scored answers appear on this page, tagged as your upload, once every row is read.

What it costs

  • $29 a month includes 300 answers.
  • Every answer counts once: one question asked three times on one engine is three answers.
  • More answers take run credits. One credit covers 150 answers. Credits are $15 and need an active plan.

What you get

  • The same mentioned, cited and recommended reading, tone, facts and themes you see on this page.
  • Every score links to the answer you uploaded.
  • Uploaded answers count in your Live Visibility Score, and the trend marks each upload.

What you do not get

  • We do not ask the questions for you, so there is no scheduled measurement.
  • No audit baseline. An upload never reads your website, so there is no Visibility Stack Score.
  • It is a separate plan. Uploads are accepted on a Bring Your Own Answers account, not added to a managed plan.

Top themes AI uses to describe the brand

Open-ended descriptors extracted from every visible mention. Counts represent how many separate AI responses used the same theme.

Themes grouped by meaning

Near-identical wordings grouped into one theme, each counted once per answer. One answer can carry two themes, so these counts are not added together.

Bridge entities

Questions that reach you through something else: a place, an event, an industry or a related service your customers ask about. Does AI name you alongside it? Each row is a tracked bridge prompt with the AI answers underneath. A new association is an observation, not an instruction to create content.

Results by persona

How AI answers differ for the kinds of customers your questions are written for. Each card shows the visibility rate and run count for that persona's questions. Personas are set on the questions themselves; where none are set, this panel stays empty.
