Accounts
Every customer account in one place: plan, credits, people, sign-ins, AI engines, collection errors and content flags. Open an account to suspend it, turn a person off, change access, or view the dashboard as that account sees it.
Pending website requests
A website added outside its account's domain family (the business email domain, the first website, every approved root). It is not measured or billed until it is approved here. The customer is emailed either way; a decline needs a note, which the customer reads.

Click a row to open the account. Click a column heading to sort by it. "Not read" means the server could not read that value; it never means zero. Domains counts the distinct root domains across the account's active websites: a self-serve account for one business reads 1 or 2.

Sessions across every account in the last 7 days. A session ends after 30 minutes with no activity; time on the site counts while a page is open and visible.
