0. Prefill from diagnostic (optional)

Paste a JSON blob (Claude will generate one for you from your diagnostic Word doc) and click Prefill. Every form field below populates in one shot. Edit anything you need before submitting.

1. Customer (defer until verified)

Leave blank to provision the pilot data without notifying the customer. After you verify everything is loaded correctly, attach the customer via the Add owner button in the recent-pilots table below. To attach the customer now and be ready to send the invite, fill these in.

2. Business

The website you ran the diagnostic against. Industry vertical drives prompt seeding for follow-on work; not required for a pure pilot.

2b. Related websites (optional)

Add other domains that belong to the same brand entity — a restaurant site, a spa, a second property, a sub-brand. These are grouped under this client and tracked alongside the primary domain.
Do not add unrelated businesses here. Each unrelated business gets its own separate pilot setup.

3. ICP & differentiators

Sourced from the diagnostic discovery step. More detail = better context for the assistant + future prompt generation.

4. Diagnostic baseline (T0)

Type the five canonical scores from the diagnostic Word doc. Each is 0–100. The composite is what's shown on the assessment page.

Audit layer breakdown (optional)

The book's 4-layer audit (SEO / Schema-AEO / GEO / AI Visibility). Each 0–100. Drives the VSS card breakdown on the assessment + dashboard. Skip if your diagnostic didn't score these layers.

5. Diagnostic cohort prompts

The exact prompts you ran in the diagnostic. These get locked — they're the baseline cohort and never drift. Format: bucket | prompt text, one per line. Buckets: brand / service / category / bridge / problem / persona. (These are the values the database CHECK constraint accepts — see lib/enums.js. "experience" and "location" were listed here for a long time and are not in the constraint: pilot-provision passes the bucket through verbatim, so either one failed the insert.)

6. Tracked competitors

Each competitor needs a name and a domain so the AI overview tracker knows who to look for.

7. Full Assessment (Word doc)

Optional. The customer can download this from their assessment page. Up to ~7 MB.

8. Plan

Pilot tier = "tracker" (read-only). Customer upgrades to enable recurring monitoring.
All steps run atomically. If any step fails, everything is rolled back. The customer is not emailed — verify the data, then click Send invite below.
