AEO asks whether a page answers a question in a form a machine can lift. It is not
SEO, which asks whether a page can be found, and it is not GEO, which asks whether
the brand gets selected once an answer is assembled from many sources. A site can
pass the first and fail this one completely, which is the usual reason a
well-ranking brand is absent from the AI response. This score enters no VSS or LVS
number and never will.
Structured Data on Your Home Page
When the weekly check fetches your home page, it also reads the structured data in the page's HTML (JSON-LD, microdata and RDFa).
Each check below is reported on its own: valid markup can still state a fact the page does not show, and correct markup can still earn no Google feature.
These checks describe the markup. They do not show whether an AI tool reads it, and they are not part of any score.
Page by Page: What to Change
Each card names the page and the edit. In testing, AI tools often lift answers from pages whose headings match the
question and whose first sentence answers it. The quickest edits come first.
How a page answers a question for AI: H1, H2, H3 and body text
- H1: one per page, in the words a buyer searches with, naming what the page is about.
- H2: one for each topic the page covers; phrasing it as the buyer's question often helps, but a clear statement heading works too.
- H3: the narrower points under an H2.
- Body text: open with the direct answer, then the detail; keep paragraphs short; put facts in text, not only in images or PDFs.
The Cross-Reference
Every earlier question check started from your prompt list and looked for it on the
site, which can only report what is missing from that list. These pages were read the
other way round, blind to the prompt list, and only then were the two sets compared.
Drift and collision exist only in the gap between the two directions
and no coverage percentage surfaces them. Tiles with a dashed border were derived
here rather than measured by the audit.
What To Fix, Cheapest First
The order matters more than the list. Steps one and two are editor work on pages that
already exist and can ship in two weeks. Commissioning new content is last on purpose.

Page Answer Profiles
Each page read cold. The quoted passage under every question is the page's own text:
the question is our wording and the passage is what an answer engine would lift, so
the second one is checkable. A page that yielded no question at all is listed as
such rather than left out.
Questions Nothing Answers
Buyer prompts no profiled page claims, at any rank. These are not stored anywhere.
They are computed by comparing your live prompt set against what the pages claimed,
so the count moves when prompts are added or retired. That is correct: a prompt added
after the audit is a question no page was ever read against.
