What each client buys: engines, questions and frequency, with our cost, the markup and the price.
The plan
Engines and question counts decide the cost. Every question, scored or watched, is asked three times on every engine.
Leave the markup empty to use the default in config/plan-pricing.json. Saving records the plan and limits the pipeline to these engines. It does not start or stop scheduling: the client's audit frequency on the Websites page still does that.
